I think the world is extremely unstable and chaotic. Things can go badly or well, depending on decisions that people make. And especially in the military there, it's a scenario where I was fortunate to brief a roundtable of generals after I left the military. It's very important that we be open and honest about the caliber of people that are making decisions at the top. There are some people there that are dangerously unbalanced.
