Sledge Sledge Riding - Underrated?

Sledge sledge rading is still underrated. It's so good for knee health, for just overall leg strength. Because there's no eccentric component to it, it's really easy to recover from. I think people should use a sled every week of the year. Most people and most jims do not do that. Using good form and a full range of motion, a highly underrated mote.
