How to Lower the Octave of Larry Hall's Voice

I heard that you actually lowered the octave of his voice because his was even higher. There was nothing to research, Brian. Like Richard Jewell and Sean Eckhart, I had all his video footage. But when Larry Hall, there was nothing but a 12-second audio clip in some random news documentary about the killings. And in it, his voice was slower and at times just like, psychotically high.
