Using Tether or Stable Channels? Is That a Bad Idea?

Stable channels are useful financial mechanisms that anybody should have every right to use without being disparaged. But i think when you promote them as something that is somehow obviously better than an issued credit, i think you're making a big mistake. And then people just keep moving the goal posts and saying, well, you can have multiple oracles, but they don't actually think about that yet. All syt systems right now are very centralized.
