The Inevitability of Revolutions

Rey: The world is changed and gone virtual and gone big. We are sort of becoming that interconnected world on line, we're not really able to do in person. But i think there's an inevitability of some level of decentralization freedom m um - Rey. Is it more like ebb and flow? Do we always work towards a more open, more free society?
