How to Unplug From the Comments Section
When you're on social media, what you end up running into is a ton of cognitive dissonance. You've got to unplug from it. It's utterly infuriating. Don't read the comments and minimize your engagement with the comments section. Chances are most people aren't reading things that you say or whatever they say. Most people just ignore it... That makes you feel less like an unpaid employee of Twitter while more or less making you crazy.
