Invest More Than You Extract
Capitalism is about giving more to the world than you take. Adam smith came upon an extraordinary insight in looking at self interest as a driver for change, ambition and the desire to be scene. And he also wrote the theory of moral sentiments, which was how we curb those desires, how we match it with generosity. We've gone out of kilter that. With unbridled capitalism and a conceit that greed is good, we also have a level of wholly unsustainable in equality. More devisiveness than i've ever seen in my lifetime. That's not good for any of us.
