When I came in there was really no understanding of where to start. Mozart Audi they already had all the descriptive terminology for what a Mazda needed to be or an Audi needed to be and you can tweak that stuff, adjust it and have wordplay on it but those things were in place. Most of the time you weren't challenging those things or if you're a challenging you were doing it in an evolutionary way. So laying out your objectives first and giving the team a target to go after creatively and then evolve from there is super important. It's like something in there's working because the lucid air was named motor trends 2022 car of the year congratulations on thatThank you thank you.
