The Importance of Reflection in Facilitation

I think it's such an important conversation to that. I really do hope we actually can have that conversation in public. Also on social media. The disappointing thing about becoming an adult is realizing that you don't have this kind of answers. That you have all the answers and it's actually incredibly freeing. Really seriously, nothing matters. That this matters. And then when someone actually says they're not, and they are nervous and they didn't know what they were doing. It felt completely out of control.
