The Meta Team in Ethics and Compliance
The Novartis ethics and compliance team is a bit of a meta team because we don't own the business process. We're trying to influence time for the better, but also make sure that we generate good insight back to them. The human resources function gets to define what it feels to be part of a company; they are really influencing the way work is being perceived as well. So this is where, you know, we have the most interaction, I think, because this is where we can have the most impact in general. And Tom, let's dive a little bit deeper into a topic where I know you've done a lot of work: psychological safety.
