When rates fall that changes for the builders they can sell norms but there needs to be a point where the builders feel comfortable about building homes again and it's just hard for them with rates at these levels to feel that comfortable right now. But until we get back to 2019 levels i'm just gonna still say it's a savagely unhealthy housing market because inventory is too low"
