These are, I feel like these are very kind expressions. They bring about connection and the workplace. They make people feel like more open and friendly. And should you ever not use them? Well, I guess you have to be careful if you're if it's not true. If you really don't want people to come to you, don't say that! Tell them where to go. Maybe there's someone else they can go to because when they start coming to you, they're going to feel that frustration in your voice. That's going to create a toxic culture.
