The Impersonality of the Mind
When we are feeling a little discouraged or grumpy, the smallest thing can provoke aversion in us. If you find youare obsessing in a certain way about another yogi's behaviour, you might just note fo pason a vendetto this is ill will arising in my own mindit also arises. One example of this personalizing, what's impersonal, and which will be of particularly particular benefit during this retreat. A very common one is when we personalize difficult situations that are really impersonal.
