The Importance of Black Turnout in 2016

There were assumptions, I think that were baked in in 2016 about Obama level black turnout. That was baked into a lot of the polling that you saw in 2016 and the expectations. In some states like Wisconsin, it really didn't materialize. There's question marks there as well. You know, the thing I'm sure of is it will all look like it should have been obvious the day after the election, but we don't necessarily see it now.
