Is There a Slow Rollout of Lightning?
Some parts of El Salvador had real demand for the features that Bitcoin can provide. Others not so much. It is a US dollar based economy. There wasn't inflation is now high with dollars, but especially when that first rolled out, it wasn't and there wasn't a lot of user demand for it. I'm much more interested in parts of the world where there use real user demand because Bitcoin provides a much more compelling service compared to the alternatives.
