Dagger engine is a way for Docker to provision where things will run. The really cool thing is if anything has been cached, it won't run it again. It's all code at the end of the day. And because of the operations, they're cached, they won't rerun. So this way we can chain all the functions, get all the bits from the various containers, various layers, assemble it and make sure that all dependencies will be the same.
