Is There a Future for the Universe?

Everything we know has been explained by and codified by other humans. Humans make mistakes, sometimes purely based on the maximum amount of technology they have available to them. And as technology develops, we learn new things which invalidate the previous way that we thought about something. So if we base our truth on other human discoveries, it's only waiting until the next discovery is made to invalidate that previous truth.
