The Value of Using Effects in Scala

The abilities that you can add onto anything through an effects system, I think would have so much value too in the front end. There's no other way of just having a program and say, please retry 100 times if you don't have the description to begin with. Well, the same concept goes around batching, goes around caching. My bet is that we'll go around persistence, we will go around networking interactivity,. We'll go around executing these three transactions, and we'll progressively pay off building the instructions that compose between themselves. And it's going as smoothly as possible and it's actually great.
