In the early 90s, there wasn't a lot of tech on the New York Stock Exchange. All these tech names go to NASDAQ, although I will recently take it its own way there. A lot that was happening in tech was happening really on the NASDAQ stocks as well. The Iraq war and that whole Gulf War turning into the Iraq war is what changed everything.
