The how of creativity is really, well, how do you make it work? How do you drive that forward? So the chapter is really about leadership. And we and is really kind of sifting the ingredients, measuring things, aligning things. The Weinstein example was, was, as you say, an example of excess. What happens when you take these bisociative opposites and you push towards one extreme. It's a good book to give some negative examples rather than saying all creative geniuses are like Harvey Weinstein.
