Tunde: I think that your vision Is to get say You know asian maybe more specifically like chinese or or korean food into as many kitchens as possible. And then you might find a parallel between acceptance of cuisine to cultural acceptance in a way that that culture doesn't have to assimilate. Tunde says he's surprised iru hasn't taken over the world because it all is also nutritious It's like high in some vitamins and like I and all that stuff.
