The swedish one's interesting, as they've gone to zero early, and i believe that they're planning to go negative. Because really, wat countries like the uca should be thinking is not just our own flow of omissions on an annual basis. What we should be doing is thinking about the historic liability that we've built up over the hundred plus years post indstrial revolution. So we've got to be paying back, and that's the equitable way of doing it.
