There's just riddled throughout this and throughout Epictetus, these every minute don't have any irrelevant thoughts. He talks about how you're a human being, how to not feel guilty. Then obviously we have the stokes sort of talking over and over again about how to not worry about the mistakes of the past or the potential failures of the future but of the present moment. So I think if we can remember too that the Stoics are writing to themselves about where they feel like they need help, we realize that a lot is going to be omitted.
