Is There Value in Switching Up Your Training Program?

One of the biggest myths and misconceptions is that they need to constantly shock ther body. I think there's value in switching things up slightly, but just slightly. Certain exercises require mastery, so you actually have to repeat em to get better. So i really think a good sweet spot for me is to keep the same exercises for four or five weeks, improve and then at the end of five weeks make slight changes.
