How to Slow Breathe During Trauma

The slow breathy is slower than normal breathing through the nose. We only use mouth breathing for certain faster than normal breathing techniques, which innervates the sympathetic nervous system to help us get into areas of trauma. And we actually reprogram the right brain where trauma is stored and it's out of our consciousness.
