The Importance of Thinking Forward
We don't need all of the checks and balances that are in place in the development industry right now. The private sector does what the people want in real time. Our homes are, are getting more environmentally sensitive. They're quieter, they're more efficient, they're healthier. Will every project be a home run? No. But in general, I think that the housing that we have is wonderful.
