How Do Parrots Talk?

Laura Kim Joyner is a veterinarian and avian, that means bird, conservationist. She's the co-president of an organization called One Earth Conservation. How do parrots talk? They have something called a syrinx, which is like our vocal box. We can't hear their words, but they can, and they can say different things with the kinds of sounds they are making.
