How Do You Prescribe Volume and Intensity and How Long You Give Someone?

Training volume depends on the stimulus at the time. Fadoxidationis best improve by low intensity exercise wit a bit of nutrient manipulation, whereas via two max is best improved by doing very, very high intensity ing. I don't think it's really in it is somewhat abut er. A guess of the individuality comes more from the type of training that that athlete needs to do. And then the volume is a prerequisite or aside. You know, it's the output of the intensity of the training is if that makes sense.
