Some of his earlier misdemeanors brushed aside forgotten about as he rose to the top. The early period of this long serving period of conservative rule has been in my view under analyzed really. During his session with the Covid inquiry, Cameron was very politely but forensically questioned about the degree to which Britain was preparing itself for the kind of nightmare that Covid brought about. What I found so interesting was it brought back memories for me of the Cameron leadership in all its manifestations.
