CHAPTER

The Post-Formal Organization

I'm wondering if this post-formality, let's say, or at least how it maps with ideas of management, control, industrialization. It sounds like post-formal to some extent signals this idea of embracing a stage in our evolution as a species where we kind of agree that there is a kind of idea that makes modern management and nationalism not apt to deal with complexity. How do we articulate this idea of organizing post-formally? Basically, I've been talking about this idea that we have to break frames as we think about new ways of organizing.
