How to Start an Internship Program

I often say to pastors who are wondering if they should start an internship is that the internship and what it focuses on will flow from their own interest and passion. Other men might have a burden for biblical counseling or for evangelism or for expository preaching. They want to bring someone in to learn specifically those things. It sounds, before this thing ends, I should, and we're running a little bit long here, but it sounds like I'm not the only one who runs this internship program. That's true.
