Josh: We have certain biases towards different maans. And if somebody is intact in one area, it can really fool us. So i usually split my cognitive tests into really short ones that are binary. The moca is probably best for when the history and physical don't quite match. If you get a moca score of eight to ten, youve just tortured everybody. You picked the wrong that's just really mean. I sent steward there where we used to work, toge oti. Why so let me just point this out. There's several domains of cognition, and all of us are biased to overweight one versus the other.
