The Queen of Potpourri

Over the 20th century, potpourri recipes stopped calling for a process of flower fermentation and started incorporating pre-dried flowers instead. The big cosmetics and fragrance companies wanted in on the heretofore rather niche potpourri game. In the early 1970s, popular tastes in smells were starting to shift. So people got a lot tired of glades.
