Are Names Helpful in a Swarm Environment?

In an ideal environment, even if we're coming into an emergent problem set, we know each other. But in a really high stakes, high stress scenario, what are the chances that I'm going to say Brandon and Brian correctly for you guys? It was just unlikely to happen. Some groups have managed their codes by almost having a couple different leaders. You maybe have a higher level leader looking at the big picture or someone like yourself who can parse out the things you want from people.
