Is It Incentivized?

There are very few reasons to stop exercising. Unless someone has a stress fracture or something that's going to actually worsen, there's no reason to stop them. It is a common misconception that with osteoarthritis, you are causing more harm if you remain active. If I'm moving and exercising, it's gonna cause more inflammation in my knee and that might be a bad thing. But can you explain why that's probably not the right way to think about it?
