Parry: There are only one line of Supreme Court cases that allow for prior restraint. He says it becomes profitable to sue only those major outlets who can afford to pay your judgments. But you can't get like injunctive relief to get people to stop saying stuff, he says. Parry: The far more likely outcome is individual CNN journalists.
