The Loch Ness Monster
In November 1933, we got our first picture of the Loch Ness Monster. In January 1934, a motorcyclist claimed to have nearly hit the creature while approaching Abriachan near the northeastern end of the loch at about 1 a.m. on a moonlit night. According to Grant, it had a small head attached to a long neck and crossed the road back to the loch. And when he was interviewed by Commander Gould for his book The Loch Ness Monster and Others, Grant himself drew his own sketch of the monster.
