The sharing economy has been really cool and has opened some doors. But once the money from tech disruption started to max out, you got a lot of guys in that industry saying it's way too big. So then it starts to flood into more physical spaces like land. And so again, I see everything that you're describing as, as an amazing opportunity. Like let's protect it while we, while we can, because I know where this leads.
