SVC Syndrome

A 67-year-old woman with video PD and hypertension presents the emergency department. She's noticed that her voice has been getting hoarse and she's mildly short of breath. Initial vital is notable for a mild tachycardia and hypertension, but she's otherwise stable. So I have not yet seen SVC syndrome in my career, but this really does seem like it.
