The Probability of Central Diabetes and Sepidus in a Patient With Intact Anterior Pituitary Function

The anterior pituitary is intact and that there isn't a large mass compressing on the optic chiasm causing by temporal heminopsia. The probability of central diabetes and sepidus has dropped significantly because the vast majority occurs in the context of pituitary disease. There could be a non-secreting adenoma, which is actually the most common cause of a pituitary adenoma.
