There's nothing I love more than a good book and I've read some really great ones over there, the cost of the pandemic. What really interests me is how do we take leadership material? How do we take business material? And how do we apply that to the leadership and engagement of volunteering in order to develop our profession and transform what we're doing? There's been all sorts of stuff I've read this year. I read Jim Collins is good to great, which is, you know, it's not a big book. Another book I read last year, again, quite quickly, really, is Rebel Ideas by Matthew Sayy.
