The Drive for Skill Set

I think fundamentally it is about survival. It's the yeah you should have the PhD in philosophy I should be just out there trying to learn new skills. So, if you ask me what is the drive for skill set I'll go back to the to the stick which is look if you're not ready and this blow happens even though surprisingly I've never been in a position where I got laid off. The carrot part is so important like it was therapeutic for me like sitting down and and just you know typing and writing and teaching and getting the feedback,. You know with the blog initially was great but that dual, dual pronged like that dichotomy is I think what drove me for sure
