Is the Accredited Investor Rule a Good Thing?

The accredited investor rule in my mind needs to be kind of like rearchitected altogether. It's hugely problematic and it's counterproductive to what it's trying to accomplish, right? I think if the Europeans can do it with, you know, disparate cultures, different disparate languages, we need to figure out the free flow of capital on the continent.
