In the tech industry, it's completely normal to work 60, 70, 80 hours a week. This comes from how your project has to come from some good situation. I find most people who are this single tract, unless they literally are the very best in the world at what they do, and there's some uniqueness in that i can respect. But most people who put in that work loath hey're not the best in theWorld. They're just obsesse and just like, ugh. And i don't think it works for us - we need more of a balance between work and life.
