I've never experienced anything like this. Never. The logistics involved in any of these kind of rescue operations always sort of blow my mind, i suppose. It's very hard to wrap your head around. There are housing shortages. There aren't enough evacuation centrs,. and they're not, you know, widely distributed enough. And certainly ahead of the black summer bush fires, that funding for certain emergency services had either stolled or actively gone backwards. After 20 11, f after the previous floods that have occurred, one would hope that emergency funding would be, would be better.
