The state capacity of libertarianism. Some people saw that as a retreat or surrender for classical libertarianism. Other people saw it as an evolution in libertarian thinking, like this is the next step for libertarianism. How would you respond to both? And what are the implications, let's say, a adopted state, a capacity libertarian policy? What are the implications there? Well, there's a lot of questions built into what you're asking. I would say this. If you really want libertarian freedom in the world, you need a state to be pretty strong to protect you.
