The Burji Store on PCH

The Burji store is located in a former iconic location which was the army Navy surplus store. A catering kitchen that served created food for cruise ships in Newport Harbor COVID happened that shut down because there was no party cruises going on so the kitchen unfortunately went out of business. The next door business the Army Navy surplus was struggling as well due to just people coming into stores during that time when everything was getting shut down and it's an unbelievable opportunity yeah.
