There's a sense among analysts that any another military incursion into ukrane wouldn't necessarily help hoton domestically. That sort of begs two questions: Do you think they would be able to sell it and drum up some extent of popular support if there were to be an excamation of the war? And then, do you think popular sentiment could actually act as a restraining factor here, and give the authorities some impetus to maybe draw down?
