The European Union, partly driven by misgivings about Starlink and Mr. Musk also earmarked 2.4 billion euros or 2.6 billion dollars last year to build a satellite constellation for civilian and military use. Jeff Bezos has talked about his plan to to use Blue Origin and what he calls Project Cooper, or Cupier or whatever to launch satellites, but they've yet to even launch one, let alone thousands like SpaceX has. There's been a lot of like really intense like drone usage. I'm not talking like big like Reaper drones, like the US uses,. I'm talking like small or commercial sized drones that are being used as like improvised weapons.
