The Five Vital Signs of Scaling
The five vital signs of a good idea are false positives, know your audience, understand the situation and unintended consequences. In many cases in business or government we try to scale up ideas that never had voltage to begin with. We typically only look at our idea through the best case scenarios - i think that's a mistake. And then test whether your idea still works in the worst case scenarios.
